We’re hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Fitchburg, Massachusetts who wants strong loan repayment eligibility, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to serve an underserved community in a mission-driven outpatient setting.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role delivering comprehensive adult medicine in a collaborative environment with full clinical support staff. You’ll have flexibility to choose a three-day, four-day, or five-day work week while maintaining provider autonomy and excellent work-life balance.

You’ll practice in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, a historic mill town known for its vibrant arts community, Fitchburg State University, and proximity to outdoor recreation such as Wachusett Mountain.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $225,000+ based on experience
• $30,000 sign-on bonus paid at sign-on, six months, and one year
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000
