About the Role

We’re looking for a high‑impact Senior Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of key financial processes and elevate the accuracy, integrity, and speed of our financial reporting. In this role, you’ll be a go‑to expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365)—driving efficiencies, optimising workflows, and shaping the future of our financial systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities—delivering accurate results on time, every time.

• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

• Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.

• Oversee fixed asset accounting, prepaid schedules, intercompany transactions, and revenue recognition processes.

• Own financial reporting within D365 , including general ledger management, subledger integration, and system reconciliations.

• Build and enhance D365‑based dashboards and reporting tools to boost visibility and empower better decision‑making.

• Partner with sales, operations, HR, and global finance teams to ensure transactions are recorded accurately.

• Support internal and external audits by providing technical accounting expertise and documentation.

• Identify and drive process improvements using D365 automation and advanced functionality.

• Mentor junior staff and act as a subject matter expert on D365 capabilities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA or MBA preferred ).

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience—ideally in a capital equipment or medical device environment.

• Deep, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (configurations, reconciliations, reporting, troubleshooting).

• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting best practices.

• Experience in audit support, internal control compliance, and process documentation ( SOX experience a plus ).

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities (Power BI experience is a bonus).

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you collaborate well and build trust across teams.
