Job Description-Manufacturing Group Lead 3rd Shift

We're seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Group Lead to join our team.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Ensures that Manufacturing is performing to standard by reading specification Drawings and using visual standards and a variety of measurement tools; performing 1st piece, in-process, SPC and final audit inspections at various steps in the manufacturing process; identifying nonconforming materials and placing them on “hold” for Material Review Board.
• Performs visual inspection of all work cells and reports findings to supervisor. Continuous improvements are always encouraged.
• Notifying supervisors of manufacturing processes that do not meet requirements or that vary from approved processes; working with manufacturing to make scrap/rework decisions.
• Ensures quality standards are met to reduce rejects, rework and returns. Communicates issues with supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: Base Rate of $20-24/hour plus 15% 3rd shift differential

Schedule:

3rd shift, generally 10:30pm-7:00am

• Monday to Friday, occasional weekends, as required

Work Location and Mode:

• At G&F Precision Molding, we value teamwork and collaboration. This role requires employees to be onsite, at one location, five days per week.
