Within the Tools & Outdoor organization of Stanley Black & Decker we are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a Power Tool Accessory Portfolio. This will be a hybrid position.

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and definition of this innovative range of products, targeted and commercial and industrial builders. Power Tool Accessories are a highly visible category aimed at delivering innovative solutions to our customers that focus on safety, productivity and performance. These categories are top priorities for the DEWALT and LENOX brands and will provide a high level of visibility and opportunity for career growth.

The Sr. Product Manager will develop product and market strategies to drive growth and profitability across major markets around the world, manage the short & long-term P&L of the product line, increase the working capital turns of the portfolio, expand the business with new products and lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Development Process. You'll get to:

• Identifyand develop new product and market opportunities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the Vice President/Directorfrom concept to delivery.

• Closely collaborate, work and lead cross-functionalteams and business groups, such as engineering,manufacturingand finance to drive and develop new products that meet companyobjectives.

• Work in tandem with the brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs andmarketing strategies to drive customer demand.?

• Develop and implement relevant marketing collateral, point-of-purchase displays, advertisingmaterialsand web content to promote your managed product portfolio.

• Conduct end-user and competitive market research todefine,developand deliver industry leading products to the market.

• Develop and execute comprehensive short&long-term strategic plans for a profitable retail and industrial product portfolio.

• Maintain an awareness of trends in the industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end users of their product line to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches.

• Provide product training to customers and consumers.

• BS or BA in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldrequired

• 5+ years related product management and marketing experience

• Engineering or technical background preferredbut notrequired

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously

• Strong oral and written communication skills arerequired; must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner

• Creative thinking / problem solving skills

• Follows through with commitments. High say-do ratio

• Strong project management skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Thrives in afast-pacedenvironment

• Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consumer Product experience

• Experience working directly with retailers or other large customerson go to market strategies

• Experience working for a large global company

The base pay range for this position in Massachusetts and Maryland is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
