Job Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead and inspire our management team in Wareham MA. The perfect candidate will bring a dynamic, hands-on approach to floor management and possess extensive experience in overseeing high-volume operations. Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management and food service management
• Strong skills in staff training and team management
• Proficient in inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems
• Experience in casual/upscale casual dining settings
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
