LPN Long Term Care, Dedham

12hr shifts with EOW- this is only for the rehabilitation unit (RSU) Days: 7AM-7PM, (3 Openings Night: 7Pm-7Am (5 needs) 8 hours with EOW (for our long-term units) 2 Days - 32hr with EOW 7AM-3:30PM, EOW The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
