Senior manager application development
This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Provide management and development for applications across emerging Lines of Business, and oversee the development, implementation, and management of Sitecore solutions and the development of existing and future applications according to company standards.
Develop plans to continuously improve the company’s application portfolio. Apply expertise on Sitecore products, including headless CMS, Sitecore Content Hub, headless, Sitecore Search and personalization and apply experience running Sitecore XM on Azure cloud to drive Bright Horizons’ digital initiatives forward.
Lead and manage the Sitecore CMS team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Lead developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Manage the deployment and maintenance of Sitecore XM on Azure cloud, applying knowledge of Solr and Zookeeper technologies and remain current on the latest Sitecore developments and industry trends. Collaborate closely with the product team to align Sitecore solutions with business goals and product roadmaps, and ensure timely and successful delivery of Sitecore projects, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and risks, coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction, conduct regular project reviews, and provide status updates to senior management.
Facilitate communication and coordination between the Sitecore CMS team and other departments, including marketing, sales, and IT, and ensure seamless integration of Sitecore solutions with other systems and platforms.
Work with Agile and Scrum methodologies and web development technologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field and seven (7) years software development.
Experience must include four (4) years each of the following: managing and leading Sitecore CMS projects; Sitecore Search and personalization; running Sitecore XM on Azure cloud; hands-on experience in Sitecore development. Experience must include two (2) years of headless CMS and Content Hub.
Sitecore certification on 9.0 or above. Experience may be gained concurrently.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $238,300 - $240,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
