Are you a people-first restaurant leader who loves the energy of a fast-paced, high-volume environment?

We’re looking for a General Manager who thrives on leading from the floor, developing great teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a respected, fast-casual hospitality brand known for quality, consistency, and culture. You’ll oversee a high-volume restaurant generating $4M+ annually, leading a large team to operational and financial success.

What You’ll Do as our General Manager:

Operational Leadership

• Run day-to-day restaurant operations with excellence
• Drive performance through systems, structure, and accountability
• Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory to achieve strong financial results
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

People & Culture

• Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of leaders and crew members
• Build a supportive, energetic culture that values teamwork and integrity
• Recognize and develop internal talent for future leadership roles

Financial Management

• Analyze data to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Partner with leadership to set goals, track results, and manage costs
• Ensure consistency in execution across shifts and dayparts

What you offer as our General Manager:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a high-volume restaurant ($3MM+ annual sales)
• Strong P&L and operational knowledge
• Proven success leading large teams in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Calm, confident leadership style — great under pressure
• A passion for guest experience and team development

• Competitive base salary $90K
• Quarterly bonus potential up to $20K
• Annual stock grants up to $10K (based on performance)
