About the Opportunity:

32-Hour Workweek | Wednesdays Off | No Nights/Weekends

We are seeking an full-time Infusion RN to join our collaborative care team at Gastro Health Framingham , where you'll work alongside 10 gastroenterologists and 5 nurse practitioners in a supportive outpatient setting. This role offers predictable weekday hours , a 32-hour schedule with Wednesdays off , and the opportunity to develop and grow with infusion training available.

In this role, you will administer biologic infusion therapies while collaborating closely with physicians and the broader care team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered treatment.

As an Infusion RN with Gastro Health, you will:

• Provide infusions in a calm, outpatient setting (5–10 patients/day)
• Rotate with 2–3 RNs between triage, patient calls, and refill coordination
• Support weekly biologic inventory tracking and ordering
• Document in Epic EMR
• Work in a 4-chair infusion suite (3 in regular use)
• Infusion training available — we will support your development

Candidate Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
• IV experience required; biologic infusion experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills
