**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**

**Responsibilities**
+ Process customer orders daily to meet service expectations.
+ Work in one or more warehouse functions: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, or put-away.
+ Accurately pick items and prepare them for shipment.
+ Pack items using appropriate materials and documentation.
+ Label and package shipments according to standard operating procedures, including hazardous materials documentation.
+ Operate warehouse equipment such as swing reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers (training provided if needed).
+ Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and complete tasks.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 2+ years of general warehouse experience.
+ Experience with powered industrial trucks (e.g., order pickers, forklifts, swing reach trucks).
+ Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals).
+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems, computers, and scanning equipment.
+ Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
+ Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems and equipment.
+ Must be able to read and write in English.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with computers and scanning equipment is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Agawam, MA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.25/hr.
