Schultz Construction, a leader in the heavy civil construction industry, is looking for skilled tradespeople-including foremen, heavy equipment operators, laborers, pipelayers & carpenters-to join our growing team. At Schultz Construction, you'll work on meaningful projects that strengthen our communities while building your skills alongside experienced professionals. Our diverse work includes cast-in-place concrete, excavation, shoring, equipment installation, process piping, and other specialized heavy civil construction—offering opportunities to learn, grow, and take pride in every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on diverse infrastructure projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
- Perform tasks related to excavation, site work, pipe laying, concrete, process piping, and form carpentry (as applicable).
Qualifications
- Experience in civil infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Mechanical skills and experience with excavation, site work, pipe laying, concrete, process piping, or form carpentry is preferred.
- OSHA 10 Hour certification required
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to jobs within our market area
Compensation and Benefits

- Public projects: Prevailing wage pay with supplemental benefits.
