What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)

Be the Face of Project LeanNation

• Welcome, energize, and educate clients every day

• Inspire confidence around nutrition, meal planning, and healthy habits

• Turn first-time visitors into loyal community members

Create an Exceptional In-Store Experience

• Prepare and serve PLN’s signature shakes

• Keep the store stocked, clean, and operating smoothly

• Operate POS systems, manage client plans, and support inventory deliveries

• Execute opening and closing procedures with pride and attention to detail

Help Build the Team & Culture

• Partner closely with the Key Lead and leadership team

• Support pre-opening initiatives and store launch efforts

• Live and model PLN’s core values: Enthusiasm, Knowledge, Emotional IQ, Influence, and Discipline
