Job Title: EHS Specialist
Job Location: Raynham, MA 02767
Job Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $38.50/Hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
- Support the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System at a pharmaceutical/medical technology manufacturing site.
- Promote a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workplace safety, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
- Support EHS programs including industrial hygiene, machine safety, warehouse safety, ergonomics, emergency response, and contractor safety.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company EHS regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, site inspections, and safety audits.
- Develop and deliver EHS training and support Management of Change (MOC) and CAPA initiatives.
- Support industrial hygiene sampling, emergency response activities, and continuous EHS improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience.
- Experience with chemical management, risk assessments, change control, and emergency response.
- Strong project management, regulatory compliance, and MS Office/SharePoint skills.
- Manufacturing or regulated industry experience is preferred.
