Home-Based Travel Assistant
At Dreams Travel, we are dedicated to helping travelers create seamless and memorable journeys. As a Home-Based Travel Assistant, you will support clients throughout the entire travel planning process—from the initial inquiry to their return home. Your role is to ensure every traveler feels confident, informed, and supported before, during, and after their trip.
You will work closely with travelers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, providing personalized guidance and timely assistance to help make every trip smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with travel planning, itinerary adjustments, and general travel requests.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and available options.
- Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their trips.
- Address questions or concerns promptly and with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ensure all client information and travel details are handled with care and attention.
