Quality Control Inspector $28-32/hour (1st or 2nd shift available)
Responsibilities:
Inspecting precision machined components and assemblies meeting specifications
Performs first article, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges and indicators
Inspect incoming raw materials and components from outside processing.
Accurately, document inspection results on travelers, reports, and logs.
Support nonconformance investigations and communicate quality issues to supervisor
Interpret and apply GD&T standards to inspection work.
Review engineering drawings, control plans, and customer specifications.
Support the quality team in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 documentation
Qualifications:
Previous inspection experience in a machining environment.
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Experience with precision inspection tools including micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
Experience with Word and Excel
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality system documentation.
Hours:
Monday through Thursday – 6am – 4:30pm
Or
Monday through Thursday – 4:00pm to 2:30am
The pay is up to $32.00 an hour
