Picker/Packer
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Verify item numbers and quantities before shipment.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping.
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged items.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock.
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.

- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts.

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions before packing.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for carriers.
- Inspect items for quality and report damaged or missing products.
- Maintain accurate inventory by reporting discrepancies.
- Restock shelves and organize inventory as needed.
- Follow company procedures for order fulfillment and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks when assigned.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure customer orders are complete and ready for on-time delivery.
- Support warehouse operations by completing additional duties as assigned.
