Tree House is excited to announce the exciting opportunity of Seasonal Golf Course Groundskeeper, who will help maintain the grounds of our 9-hole golf course in Tewksbury, MA. The right candidate will support our groundskeeping team to maintain a pristine landscape aesthetic and golf course playing conditions for our guests. This position is seasonal part-time and will report into the Golf Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper:

• Assists in maintaining a manicured, clean and welcoming 9-hole golf course by mowing fairways and greens, replacing divots, weeding and seeding, and trimming bushes.
• Maintains course accessibility and appearance using tools, landscaping equipment, and/or chemicals to perform activities required to provide healthy and high-quality.
• Assists in the planning, organizing and direction of the maintenance and construction of putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers.
• Assists with all planting, fertilizing and chemical applications, and other care of turf, plants, shrubs and trees on the golf course and surrounding grounds.
• Works alongside the Golf Superintendent and Lead Groundskeeper performing the maintenance and repair of golf course maintenance equipment and fleet.
• Weekend crew responsibilities and expectations with availability for Saturday and Sunday work required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of landscaping and property maintenance required.
• 1+ years of golf course maintenance preferred.
• At least 2 years experience operating a broad range of light equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in Golf Course Maintenance/Turf Maintenance preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills and high degree of professional maturity.
• High standard of quality course conditions.
• Willing to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Dependable- willing to work early mornings and weekends.
