10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Dartmouth, MA. Positions offer consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate throughout the Northeast—from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio—while originating or returning to the Dartmouth/Southeastern Massachusetts area. Home time is generally Saturday and Sunday.

What this lane offers:

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
• Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
• Additional pay details: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after 2 hours

Lane details:

• Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
• Primary operating region generally ranges from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
