Field Merchandiser

Wrentham, MA
Brand Ambassador & Field Merchandiser Tired of the 9-to-5 desk grind? We’re looking for a high-energy, organized pro to be the face of our client's brand in the local Kitchen & Bath (K&B) market. This is a dynamic, "get-out-there" role where you’ll turn local showrooms into premium brand experiences.

The Daily Hustle You’ll spend 80% of your time in the field, visiting K&B showrooms, design studios, and fabricators. The rest of your time will be spent at the local branch, collaborating with the team and supporting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Engage business owners and designers to keep our brands top-of-mind.

  • Education: Lead "meaningful visits" to update partners on new product lines and industry trends.

  • Visual Merchandising: Keep our displays looking flawless. This includes cleaning, organizing samples, and installing marketing collateral.

  • Sales Intel: Collect marketplace data to help our corporate team stay ahead of the competition.

  • Hands-On Support: Help out at the branch with slab showings and display assembly.

What You Bring to the Table We aren’t looking for a "paper-pusher." We need a strategist who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

  • Communication: You’re a natural talker, a better listener, and a persuasive presenter.

  • Grit & Physicality: You’re comfortable driving most of the day and can handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) for display installs.

  • Organization: You have "exceptional" planning skills—you can manage a territory without breaking a sweat.

  • Reliability: You are 21+, have a clean driving record, and don’t mind a rotating Saturday shift.

The Rewards We take care of our people. Your hard work is backed by a robust benefits package:

  • Health: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision.

  • Insurance: Employer-paid Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability.

  • Flexibility: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and various voluntary insurance options (Accident, Critical Illness, etc.).

Ready to hit the road and grow our brand? We are a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer. If you have the energy and the drive, let’s talk!
