As a Pest Management Professional with Clancy Brothers Pest Control, you will play a key role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22-$30/hr, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and commission.

What Can You Expect?
We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Training includes:
Proper home inspections (including crawl spaces and attics).
Identifying and treating pest infestations using industry-leading products.
Customer communication & education on pest prevention.
Product and safety training for effective treatments.
Time management & route optimization.
Equipment maintenance & vehicle safety.
Online training modules to reinforce learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Pest Control Services: Perform inspections, treatments, and preventative solutions following company standards.
Customer Communication: Engage with clients to explain treatments, educate them on pest prevention, and address concerns.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record services provided, maintain regulatory compliance, and collect payments when necessary.
Scheduling & Route Efficiency: Coordinate with the office to ensure efficient daily service routes.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and tools.
Training & Growth: Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.
Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

Requirements:
No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training!
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication & customer service skills.
Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Pass background check & drug screening.
Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and basements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in pest control, customer service, or fieldwork.
Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
Mechanical or technical skills for basic equipment maintenance.
