Enstructure LLC is a leading provider of marine terminal and logistics services, committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Our Houston terminal is a key hub in our national network, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial visibility and performance, with a strong focus on revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, and data integrity. This role collaborates across operations, finance, and technology teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial excellence.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Compile and analyze weekly/monthly billing data to support reporting and business development.
• Lead the revenue forecast process and ensure timely, accurate departmental inputs.
• Monitor revenue completeness and identify inconsistencies or gaps.
• Partner with billing teams to validate customer billing accuracy and documentation.
• Stabilize and document revenue-related workflows for business continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track financial performance.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in a senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in terminal, port operations, or the logistics industry is a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
