We are a cold storage and transportation company specializing in premium seafood logistics. We take pride in keeping our products fresh, our operations efficient, and our customers satisfied from dock to delivery.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Operations Associate. This full-time, hands-on role splits your time equally between the warehouse floor and our office, making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their workday.

What You’ll Be Doing:

On the Floor (50%):

• Line up and organize daily workflow to keep operations running smoothly.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring product is handled safely and properly.
• Conduct routine and cycle inventory counts.
• Serve as the go-to point person for troubleshooting operational issues as they arise.

In the Office (50%):

• Update and maintain order sheets to reflect daily activity.
• Enter bills of lading into our system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sign out trucks and manage departure documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold storage setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Solid computer skills for data entry and order management.
• A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position.
