Technology & AI Coordinator
Position: Technology & AI Coordinator Worcester, MA Company:
LEI Corporation is seeking a motivated, tech-driven individual to work directly with leadership supporting technology initiatives, AI integration, software systems, and operational improvements across the company.
This is a hands-on role for someone interested in AI, automation, business systems, and emerging technology. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and able to communicate technical concepts clearly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support technology and AI initiatives
- Assist with software systems and process improvements
- Research and implement new tools and technologies
- Help improve operational workflows and reporting systems
- Work directly with leadership on company-wide projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in AI, automation, and business technology
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, AI tools, or automation platforms is a plus
