About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, product enhancement, and customer experience. You’ll monitor how our conversational AI interacts with providers, fine-tune prompts and scripts for natural performance, and translate real-world data into actionable product improvements.

This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with technology, optimizing user experience, and turning data into smarter systems.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor AI-driven cancellation interactions to assess accuracy, tone, and success rates.
  
  
• Analyze performance data and user feedback to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  
  
• Test, refine, and document AI prompts and scripts to improve conversion and efficiency.
  
  
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver fixes and feature enhancements.
  
  
• Contribute to roadmap discussions, QA testing, and system training documentation.
  
  
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in conversational AI, automation, and FinTech innovation.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  
• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Operations, CX, or an analytical role.
  
  
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  
  
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), workflow automation, or prompt design is a plus.
  
  
• Highly collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.
