We are a fun team oriented company that puts clients needs first. The BCBA's have small caseloads to ensure quality services are delivered to each and every family. We have ongoing training for ALL staff. We offer a flexible schedule for BCBA's.

Position: Part-Time ABA Therapist (Behavior Technician)
Location: Milford, Holden, Southbridge
Hours: Flexible scheduling 6–25 hours per week
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and certification

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the home or community setting

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Support families and caregivers with strategies that promote success

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for working with children and helping others

• Experience in ABA or individuals with autism (preferred but not required — we train!)

• RBT certification is a plus (we can help you obtain it)

• Must be reliable, patient, and eager to learn

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation
