Job Description:

The Data Analyst will analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, develops reports and dashboards, and ensures data accuracy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI)
• Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support AI implementation by quantifying data
• Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes
• Take ownership of databases and documentation
• Engage in continuous learning and mentorship

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or related role
• Strong SQL and Python skills (immediate proficiency required)
• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX language
• Passion for coding, AI, and development
• QA-focused mindset with attention to documentation and database management
• Ability to quantify data for AI applications
• Strong problem-solving and technical explanation skills
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to statistical analysis and machine learning
• Experience in a mid-sized, fast-paced company
