Credit Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our financial services team. In this role, you will evaluate credit and business data of individuals or businesses to determine their creditworthiness. Your expertise will help facilitate responsible lending decisions, mitigate risk, and support the growth of our credit portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate information clearly and confidently. Responsibilities
- Pre-screening customer credit applications and consistently communicate with our sales team
- Analyze credit worthiness of potential borrowers and guarantors by reviewing credit bureau information and business data
- Prepare complete application packages and submit for approval
- Work as a liaison between our sales & ops team and underwriting banks
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal/written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Basic CRM (we use Hubspot )
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task & meet month-end deadlines
