Restaurant Management Opportunities

A fast-growing hospitality group is seeking passionate leaders to join our team! We’re hiring both Shift Managers and Restaurant Managers to help drive daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate team members to provide top-notch hospitality.
• Manage daily operations including food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Train, coach, and develop staff at all levels.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and inventory functions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with leadership to meet sales, profit, and operational goals.
• Represent the brand in the community through events and local initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Manager) or 2–3 years for Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teams in a high-volume setting.
• Working knowledge of P&L management, food safety, and operational standards.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred.
