Branch Manager
The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day parts and service operations and facility maintenance for the assigned branch, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. This role leads the branch supervisor team, manages inventory control, coordinates maintenance activities, and implements strategies to enhance operational performance. Benefits

- Oversee Parts and Service departments for efficient workflow and service delivery
- Ensure branch maintenance and a safe working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock
- Develop strategies with Operations Managers for business growth and efficiency
- Provide after-hours support for technicians, vehicle maintenance, and customers as needed
- Promote Product Support programs and marketing initiatives
- Manage Parts and Service discounting fairly
- Propose process improvements for Parts and Service departments
- Meet and exceed performance goals and budgets
- Support Regional Service & Warranty Administrators with documentation for claim processing
- Dispatch field service technicians to maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage branch budgets, revenue, and expenses
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team
- Address team conflicts professionally and impartially
- Collaborate with Human Resources for hiring and discipline processes
- Oversee staff training in safety procedures and conduct regular safety inspections
- Coordinate with the Director of Facilities and vendors for facility repairs and maintenance
- Requires periodic travel to company locations in West Warwick, RI and Bridgewater, MA
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in the heavy equipment or related industry
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Valid driver’s license
