Sales Executive

We are currently hiring a dynamic and motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to lead business development efforts and deliver exceptional client service. Your Role: Prospect and Sell: Source and secure new commercial accounts by delivering customized insurance solutions. Client Success: Provide expert consultation and develop strategic plans to meet client insurance needs. Grow and Maintain: Build a strong, profitable book of business while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in commercial property & casualty (P&C) insurance sales with a strong track record of performance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required; CPCU or CIC certifications are a plus. Skills: Strong communication skills, proven ability to handle complex situations, multitask effectively, and close new business consistently.
