Vice President, Digital Marketing

We seek an energetic, innovative, and passionate Vice President of Digital Marketing to shape and perpetuate the value propositions of Phoenix3 Collective brands across all digital channels. This pivotal role’s contributions will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and fuel long-term business growth across the Collective. This role combines expertise in managing online channels, performance marketing, websites, email marketing, and SEO/SEM to reach target audiences. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

• You have experience in maintaining and updating content on B2B websites, as well as optimizing it to strengthen SEO.

• You excel at using email marketing as a tool to effectively communicate with potential and existing clients using messaging and automation tactics crafted to capture audiences' attention.

• You have experience managing copy and graphic design resources efficiently and effectively.

• You understand how to use influencer marketing tactics to reach broader audiences and build customer trust.

• You possess strong written and oral communication skills and effectively operate independently and as part of a team.

• You possess strong project management and strategic planning skills, effectively utilizing all digital marketing platforms and tools to meet brand and business objectives.

• You can lead and influence by garnering respect and inspiring others.

• You consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism that is evident in everything you do.

• You are a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO and SEM

• Paid (PPC) and social media marketing

• Email marketing

• Lead nurturing and lead generation activity

• Data capture and analysis

• Web maintenance and management – maintain multiple websites, including content updates and enhancements.

• Strategic planning

• Project management

Requirements:

• Advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are a plus

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• B2B and B2C digital and performance marketing experience

• Strong leadership experience

• Demonstrated effective communication and organizational skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and projects

• Detail orientation and the ability to work under strict timelines

Experience with the following digital marketing tools:

• Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, Web Flow, Monday, Click Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
