As our next Service Manager for Project Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and optimizing our service operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and motivate a high-performing service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and execute business plans that align with revenue goals and company objectives.
- Foster strong internal communication and teamwork across all departments.
- Utilize strategic insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous improvement and professional development for service technicians.
- Conduct thorough annual performance evaluations to track and enhance job satisfaction.
- Partner with the recruitment team to attract and onboard new talent effectively.
- Collaborate on annual budgeting and planning with senior leadership. **Qualifications:**
- Over 5 years of HVAC industry experience.
- Proven success in managing a fast-paced service-oriented team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
