System Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The candidate will administer and support Azure environments to ensure secure, reliable, and well‑governed cloud operations.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

System Administrator job responsibilities include:

• Manage and administer Azure resources, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient cloud operations.

• Monitor Azure services, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain availability.

• Configure and manage Azure storage, networking, virtual machines, and identity services.

• Implement security best practices, including access controls, policies, and compliance configurations.

• Support deployment, automation, and optimization tasks across Azure workloads.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of applications and services within the Azure environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Azure administration or cloud operations.

• Strong proficiency in managing Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and identity components.

• Ability to support Azure ML or related cloud‑based workloads with solid troubleshooting and operational skills.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $57.00 per hour
