This is a fast-paced opportunity with strong earning potential, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a professional dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries promptly
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, and email communication
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Follow up with previous and current leads to maintain engagement
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Assist customers with vehicle information, availability, pricing, and financing options
• Help create a positive and professional online buying experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable using computers, texting, email, and CRM systems
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
