Overview
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to drive execution across high-impact AI and Data Engineering initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, managing complex technical programs, and ensuring successful delivery from concept through deployment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery across AI, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering teams
Build and manage end-to-end delivery plans (data pipelines, ML workflows, integrations, deployments)
Provide clear visibility into timelines, risks, and dependencies
Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate business needs into execution plans
Drive Agile delivery, planning, and release coordination
Ensure smooth execution across data pipelines, APIs, and AI-driven applications
Proactively remove blockers and manage priorities across teams
Mentor team members and improve delivery processes and performance Qualifications
12–15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or engineering leadership
Recent experience leading AI initiatives (1–2+ years)
Strong background in data engineering and data-driven systems
Experience delivering data pipelines, ML models, APIs, or enterprise platforms
Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For
