Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings
Position Overview:
Inventory Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of events, while guiding Inventory Associates and acting as the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of the Area Manager or District Manager. Inventory Supervisors assist and direct other employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service. This WIS Team provides Inventory Solutions to a broad array of retail, grocery and specialty customers across the nation. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the leading and ongoing training of our Inventory Associates and the supervision of Inventory Events. The Inventory Supervisor is the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of the Area Manager or District Manager and drive operational excellence through maximizing our employee's productivity and growing the team through engagement. Inventory Supervisors assist and direct employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service. Essential Responsibilities:
- Leads, in concert with the Area Manager, on-site inventories at various customer locations, utilizing WIS standardized processes to achieve operational excellence
- Assists with the planning and execution of District travel and equipment logistics
- Addresses any immediate concerns at an inventory event
- Exhibits customer obsession through exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, sense of urgency, and ensuring operational excellence
- Ensures Inventory Associates are educated on event procedures and have guidance for each event
- Demonstrates safe behaviors at all times and ensures the safety of all Inventory Associates at an event
- Acts as a backup to the Area Manager at given events
- Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times; expects and holds Area Managers, Inventory Supervisors, and Inventory Associates accountable for demonstrating core values at all times
- Exhibits strong work-ethic while focusing on team-oriented goals and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Acts as an expert on WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the zone or regional needs
Working Conditions :
Ability to, with or without reasonable accommodation, frequently squat, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and reach, as well as stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings
Hourly Rate Range: $19.50-$26.50
The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position
Part Time: This position is primarily Early Morning work; however, you have the ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

Team Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude

Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
