The Role:
We’re looking for experienced, engaging chefs to lead and facilitate interactive culinary team building events for corporate groups of all sizes. - Manage timing, flow, and group dynamics during events.
- Represent Recipe for Success with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Work with our operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adapt menus and facilitation style to different group sizes, skill levels, and event goals.
Who You Are:
- A professional chef with real kitchen experience (restaurants, catering, culinary education, or equivalent).
- Comfortable speaking to and leading groups of 10–200+ people.
- A natural teacher, entertainer, and people-person.
- Calm under pressure and great at thinking on your feet.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about food and human connection.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience teaching cooking classes or culinary demos.
- Corporate event or facilitation experience.
- Comfort with competitions, time-based challenges, or judging.
- Food safety certification.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to event locations across the U.S.
- Weekend and evening availability (events vary).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift typical kitchen equipment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Why You’ll Love This:
- Cook without the grind of restaurant service.
- Get paid to teach, inspire, and connect with people.
- Travel to exciting locations and unique venues.
- Be part of a fun, supportive, and creative nationwide team.
- Help teams bond through food, laughter, and shared success.
