A reputable home respiratory and medical equipment company is expanding its shipping operations into North Dakota and seeks a licensed Pharmacist in Charge to support regulatory requirements. This unique opportunity is ideal for pharmacists holding an active North Dakota license who want to serve in a remote, license-only capacity without performing active pharmacy duties.

Location: Remote with possible occasional travel to Massachusetts (monthly or quarterly site visits)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire, ongoing with a flexible fee or direct hire arrangement depending on candidate preference

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a shipping operation distributing diabetes supplies, respiratory equipment, and medications
• Maintain posted North Dakota pharmacist license as required by state regulations
• Ensure compliance with North Dakota Board of Pharmacy standards
• Support remote shipping operations without performing active pharmacy work

Qualifications:

• Active and clear North Dakota Pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience serving as PIC or familiarity with regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical services
• Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining licensure and professional standards
• Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to Massachusetts as necessary
