Primary Responsibilities
Primary Care Services: Routine health maintenance and preventive care
Chronic Disease Management: Ongoing care for patients with chronic conditions
Acute Care: Management of urgent and acute illness
Patient Education: Health promotion and disease prevention counseling
Collaborative Care: Work with multidisciplinary healthcare team
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN required)
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Adult/Family NP preferred)
Massachusetts Nursing License or ability to obtain
Primary care experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
