Job Description : We are looking for aHead Chefwho brings a smile and positive energy to work every day!The right candidate for this job will also possess a strong background in high volume,full-servicekitchens. Duties will include but not be limitedto:recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. Must be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L. The Head Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation andmaintenance andmust be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.Our idealHead Chefis flexible and a customer-focused individual who thrives ina sophisticated atmosphere while maintaining an approachable casual feel.

Qualifications:

The Head Chef must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years

TheHead Chefmust possess the ability to ensure proper food prep and presentation

The ability to delegate while maintaining control is required for theHead Chef

The Head Chef must have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and POS)

Exceptional leadership andknowledge of food and beverage operations are required for the Head Chef
