Responsibilities - Service Technician:

• Perform accurate diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues related to engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components and repair as needed
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements etc.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
• Communicate with Service Advisors immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
