Road Service Technician *No Weekends.

Pay: Up to $35/hr + Monthly Productivity Bonuses.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

No weekends. No on-call.

Location: Agawam, MA.

FleetPride is hiring a skilled Road Service Diesel Technician to perform heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs in the field. This role runs service calls in a company-provided vehicle (take-home vehicle available with approval).

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of diesel repair experience on semi-trucks and trailers.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• CDL a plus, not required.
• Safety-minded, efficient work habits.

Skills Include:

• Preventive maintenance.
• Air systems.
• Electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Starting systems.
• Brakes and wheel ends.
• Cooling systems.
• Basic A/C diagnostics and repairs.
• Steering and alignment fundamentals.
• Drivetrain diagnostics and repairs (including differential R&R).
• Aftertreatment systems.
• General trailer repairs.
