We are hiring a Neuropsychology Practice Administrator (Senior Level) to oversee and support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare practice. This senior-level role ensures smooth administrative processes, provides support to clinicians, and helps manage billing, HR, and patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications
• Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and insurance processes
• Support HR tasks including staff credentialing and record management
• Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and organized files
• Manage phone calls, gather patient information, and assist with inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of administrative or office support experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of healthcare processes such as billing, credentialing, and data entry
• Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA

Nice To Have:

• Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
