Construction Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator focussed in the construction field.

What you’ll do:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Handle customer inquiries in an efficient, timely and customer-focused manner, including customer complaints from start to finish
• Own and maintain the accepted awarded documentation
• Correspondence with customers regarding schedule
• Coordinate deposits and payments
• Obtain and file Dig Safe, bonds and permits for projects, when applicable
• Set up estimator’s appointments
• Work closely with other team coordinators with job status updates
• Provide coordination, monitoring and communication in Crew Control, including scheduling and dispatching
• Provi de customer feedback and updates on project status, via Crew Control, email and phone calls.
• Maintain records and track changes of all customer data, job and personnel costs, project status, equipment utilization, etc by utilizing relevant company softwares.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
• Excellent communication and high level organizational skills
• High level computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism with a positive attitude in a fast paced & demanding environment
• Quickbooks experience a plus
• Hubspot experience a plus
