Certified Instructors specializing in Bar, Yoga, Pilates ,Strengthening, and Cycle classes are responsible for leading fitness sessions that enhance physical health and well-being. They provide expert guidance, motivation, and support to clients of varying fitness levels, promoting a positive and energetic workout environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Yoga instruction and guide participants through poses and breathing techniques
- Coach Pilates sessions focused on core strengthening and flexibility
- Conduct strength training workouts tailored to client needs
- Facilitate Cycle classes that boost cardiovascular endurance
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide excellent customer support and address client inquiries
- Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in fitness instruction
