Part-Time Field Admin Support (East Boston) | Kovacs Savage Team
The Kovacs Savage Real Estate Team is hiring a Part-Time Field Administrative Support team member to assist with day-to-day operations across East Boston.
Kovacs Savage is a full-service real estate team specializing in buying, selling, investing, and new construction development projects throughout Greater Boston. Our team is deeply involved in the full lifecycle of real estate: from sourcing opportunities to managing transactions and delivering successful closings.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, staying organized, and supporting the operational side of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with smoke certificates, inspections, and water readings
- Support listing and closing activities
- Handle local errands and on-site coordination
- Help ensure timelines and property-related tasks stay on track
Qualifications
- Must be local to East Boston (within 45 minutes)
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Strong organization and reliability
- Real estate experience preferred
Details
- Part-time, flexible schedule
- $25–$30/hour (depending on experience)
- Field-based role (not remote)
