Senior Scientist, Digital Insights (Hybrid)
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new digital and data solutions which will have direct pipeline impact.
- Leverage state of the art digital and predictive tools to model large datasets and build connections across otherwise disparate or siloed data sets.
- Collaborate on refreshing the strategy for application of digital imaging capabilities.
- Application and generation of data analysis and visualization workflows.
- Design and development of dashboards, reports, and data exports.
- Data curation and support in defining needs for automation of data ingestion.
- Influence definition of digital strategy.

- Have a demonstrated ability to publish and present research, including an established track record of interaction with the broader academic community
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Molecular Modeling, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely-related field (with expected completion no later than August 2026)
- M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Molecular Modeling, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely-related field with at least 2 years of industrial/pharmaceutical or relevant experience
- B.S. in in Computer Science, Data Science, Molecular Modeling, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely-related field with at least 4 years of industrial/pharmaceutical or relevant experience
- Familiar with programming such as R or Python and Posit/RStudio/Jupyter
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated creativity, and effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver complex solutions under compressed timelines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional interactions
- Motivated to learn new skills, willingness to take on new challenges, and scientific curiosity

- Experience with data visualization tools (Shiny, Streamlit, Spotfire, Dash, PowerBI, or Tableau)

- Experience with relational databases, graph databases, and SQL
- Experience with common process and analytical capabilities commonly utilized in pharmaceutical development

$117,000.00 - $184,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
