Experience Server

:

Arturo's Ristorante has served excellent Italian cuisine for over 40 years. We have one opening for a friendly Restaurant Server who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu and daily specials. The Server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from customers, and then delivering those orders to the proper people in the kitchen or the bar. If you have previous experience as a Server in a popular restaurant and a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you.

The Server has intentions of working at least one year.

Schedule: three-five weeknights 3:00pm to closing. Ideally one lunch shift as well.

Salary: $6.75 per hour plus tips we are always busy and your maximum earning is potential is very high. Our servers are among the top paid in the area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• take customers' food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 3+ years' Server experience preferred
• Must be able to work on your feet for the entire shift
• Strong customer service skills required
• Passion for providing an unparalleled dining experience to our guests
