Senior Director - Enterprise Solutions

Reiser is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions to lead our enterprise application technology strategy across our diverse organization: US Sales & Service, Canada Sales & Service and UK Sales & Service. This pivotal role focuses on delivering business value, fostering innovation, and enhancing adaptability within our IT operating model. The ideal candidate will develop application and business intelligence strategies that are in harmony with our corporate strategic initiatives, ensuring Reiser’s success now and in the future. This role will focus on enhancing the existing CRM structure (Microsoft Dynamics), developing training protocol, and ensuring the appropriate training is delivered and that all users know how to use the applications that Reiser provides.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Strategic planning and execution of application technology strategies
  • Leadership in technology initiatives and change management
  • Expertise in data privacy compliance and IT security processes
  • Proficiency in managing data warehouses and vendor relationships
  • Experience with agile methodologies and creating working demos or mock-ups
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data governance, and process standardization.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with users at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must develop a deep understanding of business processes and technology needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of the application strategy across all Reiser, ensuring alignment between the business, the users and IT.
  • Work closely with the business and IT teams to find ways technology can make our work faster, better, and higher quality.
  • Develop and maintain an application roadmap, considering IT strategy, business requirements, and budgetary constraints.
  • Partner with organizational stakeholders to align and prioritize business application and intelligence initiatives.
  • Establish standardized procedures for data entry, record updates, and user access within Dynamics CE, maintaining data quality and consistency.
  • Provide comprehensive training to users on Dynamics CE, covering system access, data entry standards, and reporting functionalities to maximize user adoption and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data quality and system usage, addressing any issues and continuously improving data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

Required Certifications/Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing applications/technology.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the sales and distribution industry, or similar industries.
  • Experience in the Food industry is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics, Document Management Systems, preferably SharePoint and ERP Systems, preferably Prelude
