Proclinical is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a team in Woburn, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on vendor management and compliance processes within Oracle systems. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to internal processes and audit guidelines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Oracle systems or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track vendor data effectively.
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
The Procurement Analyst's responsibilities will be:
- Add new vendors to Oracle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and audit standards.
- Update vendor information in Oracle, including banking details, addresses, and contact names, following established guidelines.
- Maintain vendor change trackers and prepare analyses for quarterly audits.
- Manage and maintain HCP reporting data in Oracle, ensuring accurate recording of NPI numbers and HCP-HCO status in vendor entries.
